My name is Jaylal Sahoo. I am from sambalpur, Odisha. I am pass out from Government college of engineering , Bhawanipatna ,Odisha in 2017. Although I completed my B.tech in electrical engineering, I have chosen my career in the software field, but the main problem was the work experience and practical knowledge that every company wants. During college, I have gone through many interviews in companies like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO , but failed. I didn’t have any options left, then I joined a BPO, worked there for 8 months, my days were gone like wasting my time in BPO, then one day I got to know about Attainu, without thinking much I left the BPO job even though I had to face severe bad financial condition. People have suggested me to not to leave this job, it is not easy to get a job in software as you are from an electrical background. I ignored everything , and decided to join Attainu.
My financial condition was not good, so I could be able to do any paid courses , but when I heard Attainu, I was totally surprised and feeling blessed, I filled out the form at AttainU and showed my dedication towards joining this course. Finally, AttainU considered me and I started learning in Attainu. It was really difficult for me to do a full-time course of 7 months, but I had believed in AttainU. The first time, I heard this concept “pay only after placement” , people like me whose financial condition is bad, now those people can also dream to become a software engineer.
The journey of 7 months was very crucial for me as I am switching from non-IT to IT background but the dedication level of instructor and Attainu team made me transform non-IT to software engineer easier now. Starting from providing guidance to the individual, to emotionally attached with each and every student, they motivated each and every by providing time to time AMA session made me feel like I would also be a software engineer, and finally became a software engineer.
I had a great fear of the word INTERVIEW before joining AttainU, but with the proper guidance from the AttainU team, now I am very much comfortable in the interview and what an interviewer wants from you, without any fear you can explain your skills.
I am feeling very excited and happy to work in the corporate sector as a Full Stack Web Developer. It is the start of my career and I want to see myself as a senior Full-Stack Web Developer leading an engineering team.
